Hilary Campton
Hilary brings over 14 years' experience in senior marketing roles within the professional services sector and industry. She founded V Formation in March 2007, with the aim of helping professional services firms to achieve a competitive edge. Her clients include law firms, accountancy practices, training companies, insurance brokers and intellectual property specialists. Hilary also advises family businesses and project manages the Midlands Family Business Awards.
Prior to setting up V Formation Ltd, Hilary's in-house roles included Berryman solicitors in Nottingham, Arthur Andersen and Tyco.
Hilary is a Trustee of Big Difference Company, the arts & health organisation behind the long-running Leicester Comedy Festival, recently voted by the Guardian as one of the world's top 5 comedy festivals. She was regional director for the Professional Marketing Forum in the West Midlands from 2009 to 2011 and remains on the committee.
Whether it's supporting the in-house marketing team or advising senior management, Hilary brings clarity, commercial good sense and an all-round ability to get things done.
