Nottingham accountants Clayton & Brewill are marking 70 years in business with a pledge to raise thousands for local charity the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

Hilary faces her fear of heights

Fittingly, a charity abseil event, held on 21st April, was the first in a series of fundraisers to take place as part of the 70th anniversary celebrations. V Formation’s Hilary Campton joined the Clayton & Brewill team, plus some of their clients, to face their fear of heights and abseil over 100 feet down The Roaches in Derbyshire. The event was a soaring success and got the fundraising off to a great start, netting well over £2,000 for the charity.

The Clayton & Brewill team will be taking part in a range of sporting and other endeavours during the year, in a bid to help the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance raise the £1.9m it needs in donations each year to keep flying.

V Formation has been working with Clayton & Brewill for almost three years years providing outsourced marketing support. In addition to working on the 70th anniversary campaign, Hilary has delivered and assisted with a range of projects including PR, content marketing, and redeveloping the Clayton & Brewill website to make it mobile responsive and boost its Google rankings.
