Business development activities often focus more on winning new business yet smart firms recognise the untapped value that can lie in their existing clients. V Formation works with clients to put in place client development and cross-selling programmes that deliver results. For Wilsons we work with the team at Bowles Associates to produce a bi-annual client magazine that showcases clients and prospective clients, giving a subtle and eminently readable insight into the firm’s service offerings and approach.
