Talented positioning for Awbery

Sector: Projects

The Olympic-inspired discussions around talent development have strongly echoed the findings from Derbyshire-based Awbery Management Centre’s most recent Talent Forum, which sparked an intelligent and energetic debate about how best to measure the return on investment from talent development initiatives. Key messages from the invited guests included the need for a long-term approach to talent development together with a focus not only on what employees CAN do but what they WILL do. Both themes clearly evident among our successful Olympics teams!

V Formation helped Awbery’s head of Strategic HR, Jane Rawden to create, develop and promote their Talent Forums series as part of a campaign to raise the profile of this specialist leadership and management development organisation with Midlands employers. V Formation wrote the white paper for the event and secured coverage in Personnel Today and The HR Director. If you would like to attend a future Talent Forum please contact Ben Quain at Awbery Management Centre.
