V Formation has started the New Year with the recruitment of a new marketing specialist to its team, following a 40 percent increase in new client instructions during 2016.
Experienced marketer, Jemma Taylor-Smith, joins our Nottingham marketing consultancy as part of our strategic growth plans and will be supporting directors Hilary Campton and Sue Carr to deliver tailored marketing services to V Formation’s fast-growing client base.
Jemma has a background in professional services marketing where she has held in-house positions at Grant Thornton plc, Berryman (now part of Shakespeare Martineau) and most recently at Awbery Management Centre. Jemma’s areas of expertise include content production, both digitally and in print, branding and social media management.
V Formation Director, Sue Carr comments:
“Jemma will be working with several of our clients as their outsourced marketing manager as well as providing both strategic and tactical support to businesses on a project-by-project basis. She is an ideal fit for our growing team and we know our clients will appreciate the value and expertise that she brings to the table.
“Despite the economic and political turbulence during 2016 our clients have continued to grow and enjoy success; Jemma’s appointment will enable us to continue to provide an excellent level of service as we support them in their ongoing growth. She is a talented and well-regarded marketer and we are delighted to welcome her to V Formation.”
“I’m really excited to be joining V Formation. They have a brilliant reputation, great clients and lots of interesting plans for the future. I’m looking forward to being part of the business as it continues to grow.”
Jemma follows the appointment of marketing consultant Leah Bradley in April 2016.
