The project

The team at Hallmark wanted something that demonstrated their range of fulfilment services better, created a more engaging user experience, whilst reflecting their friendly, approachable personality. It also, of course, needed to be responsive and findable.

V Formation’s Hilary Campton and Leah Bradley worked up a detailed design brief and managed the web agency selection process to ensure that the right creatives were appointed to deliver the project on-brief and on budget. Design agency Adtrak, based in Nottingham, was selected as the creative partner, whilst V Formation took care of the content and project management.

The new Hallmark Consumer Services website, incorporates moving imagery, bespoke photography and videography, fresh content, a brighter yet professional look and feel and a live webchat feature.

V Formation worked closely with Adtrak throughout the entire process to ensure the project stayed focused and on track, which meant Hallmark could concentrate on what they do best.
