As Business Development Manager, Senita elevates V Formation’s BD efforts to fuel our future growth plans and keeps us firmly on the map in our networks.
With a scoping range of expertise in professional services marketing, having worked within the sector for over 15 years, Senita cut her teeth at audit, tax and consulting adviser RSM Tenon and Nottingham law firm Berryman (now Shakespeare Martineau), before progressing into business development roles at Mazars and, most recently, Breeze.
At V Formation, she oversees our business development efforts, from supporting current clients to lead generation and prospecting. As well as attending conferences and local networking and industry events, Senita keeps the team up to speed on emerging markets, key growth areas, and any new trends to keep our eyes on.
A personable, social butterfly by day – and a taekwondo black belt (3rd dan) wearing, HYROX competitor by night! – Senita has an impressive network of contacts from all walks of life. She is passionate about seeking out new, exciting opportunities for V Formation and our clients, and maximising our reach and visibility.
When she’s not chatting with new prospects or updating our CRM, you will likely find her hanging out with her little boy, walking her springer spaniel, or riding her beautiful horse.
